The benefits of meditation are worth experiencing.

This morning I sat down to meditate. It was one of those mornings when it didn’t take very long. I closed my eyes, became still, and bingo. I was there, in the flow. You know … when you have that sense that all is well and you see yourself as part of a larger whole, aligned with your purpose … and that purpose—for the morning and for your life—fits in perfectly with everyone else’s and with everything around you. You become confident that you are exactly where you need to be—physically and metaphorically … a confirmation that you are on the right path and that you could move mountains if you choose. I just needed to do was write, but the words WERE THERE. I saw this magnificent vista in my mind where everything had its place, and the interweaving showed me the true meaning of perfection.
